Our Story
Not Without Spice was born in a pokey 70’s orange rental kitchen in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia. It was 2010 and the meals weren’t always hot but they sure were spicy and full of flavour.
Emma was looking for work and with a wealth of knowledge of food and cooking, started making spicy gifts for friends and family. Sending them off in little brown envelopes with meal suggestions, love and mountain vibes.
Not Without Spice has grown since then but hasn’t lost its core beliefs. No crap, small batches and having fun around food and cooking.
